Meet Shannon Talbott
Shannon Talbott was born and raised in Gallatin, Tennessee. She attended MTSU and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Textiles, Merchandising, and Design. After several years working in NYC as a fashion designer, she decided to move back to Tennessee in 2017 and pursue a career in real estate.
Her expertise in design gives her a unique perspective in the real estate world. She’s also worked alongside Rick as the exclusive real estate agents for the Magnolia East development in East Nashville, giving her extensive knowledge and experience in new construction. Nothing makes her happier than helping her client’s find their dream home!
When not out showing properties, Shannon spends a lot of time with her husband and 2 cats. She also loves illustrating and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
